Bellicose (adjective): A willingness to fight.

Bellicose Pink Gin was created by hospitality veteran and award-winning bartender Trish Brew, driven by her mission to craft the world’s best pink gin—one bartenders would actually want to use! Frustrated by pink gins that are overly sweet, artificially colored and flavored, or lacking in juniper, Trish painstakingly developed Bellicose Pink Gin using premium, all-natural ingredients (and plenty of them). Refusing to overcharge for quality, it might just be the worst business plan ever—but it’s a fight worth fighting!

A Word From Our Founder, Trish:
"My introduction to pink gin was being told it was ‘feminine.’ First of all, drinks don’t have a gender. But secondly, is ‘feminine’ to you one-dimensional, sickly sweet, and artificial? For me, that was an insult to both drinks and femininity! I’ve had a bee in my bonnet about it ever since!

As a longtime spirits judge, I was often assigned the flavored gin category (which, let’s face it, is mostly pink gins). One co-judge joked, ‘What did you do to deserve that category again?’ because tasting through it felt like punishment! Honestly, they weren’t wrong.

So, I took every negative note about pink gins and flipped the script. I wanted to create a flavoured gin that not only tastes amazing but inspires bartenders to use it in cocktails. Bellicose Pink Gin is my answer to that challenge."
