Then add:
60ml Bellicose Pink Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
15ml Sugar Syrup
1 Egg White or 3 drops of Wonderfoam
Shake vigorously without ice
Shake vigorously with ice
Fine strain into a cocktail glass
Garnish with Raspberries
